Staff Bios:

Bill and Laurie Rate- Owners

Bill and Laurie purchased Bob’s Main Street Auto in 2004. Shortly after purchasing Bob’s Main Street Auto, they did a complete remodeling of the business. After the complete remodeling of the building they remodeled the way we do business, with a 100% focus on customer satisfaction and community involvement. Bill and Laurie live in Kewaskum with their three children. Laurie has grown up around the business while Bill, has been an entrepreneur his entire life. Bill and Laurie pride themselves on their customer service and the relationships they have with their customers. They strive to have every customer leave with a smile and are completely satisfied.

Michael Hilzley- Service Manager

Michael joined our team in September of 2011. He has been in the automotive field since 2003, and has been in management for over 10 years. Michael lives with his wife and four children in Jackson and comes to us with a background in preventative maintenance, but his main focus is customer satisfaction.

Craig Panzer- Service Advisor

Craig joined our team in July of 2010. He has been the automotive field since 2005; Craig spent his first 5 years in a dealership environment. Craig lives with his fiancé in Lomira and comes to us with a strong background in understanding the relationship between the vehicle manufactures and vehicle owners. Craig prides himself on the relationship and trust he is able to build with his customers.

Wanda Miller- Towing and Office Manager

Wanda joined the team in the spring of 2009. Wanda lives in West Bend with her husband and she comes to us with strong organizational skills and a focus in efficiency. Wanda handles all of our tow truck day to day operations, while still finding the time to make sure our office runs smoothly.

Chris Cooper – Technician

Chris joined our team in 2004, as a general labor employee. Chris has worked his way up and grown with our business throughout the years. Chris is an ASE Certified Technician. Chris also holds numerous training certificates from different automotive training classes he as attended. He lives in West Bend with his fiancé and their two children; Chris prides himself on getting your vehicle fixed right the first time and on time.

Michael Kleinke- Technician

Michael joined our team in May of 2010. Michael lives in Campbellsport with his wife and their four children and he comes to us with over 18 years of automotive experience. Michael is an ASE Certified Technician. Michael also holds numerous training certificates from different automotive training classes he as attended. Michael prides himself on his attention to detail and his ability to get the vehicle fixed correctly and when promised.
